(CCP 5 LL) is the latest fund in Tristan Capital Partners' Core+ (CCP) range, offering investors the potential for an attractive risk-adjusted total return with substantial current income through participation in a diversified, actively managed portfolio of institutional real estate assets across Europe.
The CCP funds have employed the same strategy for 17 years, investing in existing assets with a single, correctible impairment and using active asset management to reposition them through re-leasing, recapitalisation, restructuring, refurbishment into core, stabilised assets.
The properties are managed via SPVs from Luxembourg with a dedicated team of legal, finance and real estate professionals and with the help of local partners and service providers.
